What is the one thing you wish to do to improve your mental health?
What if we could all do it together?
“You don’t have to be positive all the time. It’s perfectly okay to feel sad, angry, annoyed, frustrated, scared and anxious. Having feelings doesn’t make you a negative person.
It makes you human.”
- Lori Deschene
Look at the bright side, it could have been worse, why don’t you try working out.
Ring a bell?
We have all heard it. Or have said it to someone. But not everything needs to positifi-ed all the time.
It is indeed ok, to be not ok.
What is not ok, is not talking about it.
“What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.”
- Glenn Close
This world mental health day, we want to kick start a commitment from organisations and individuals like you to bring more sunlight, candor and conversation to mental health.
With our partners and supporters, we are hosting a half a day conversation around mental health - to celebrate what we all have collectively achieved over the last decade and to renew our pledge to make mental health a priority in our organisations, our communities and our dinner tables.
Join us in this movement as an individual or an organisation by taking up specific pledges that you can signup for. No pledge is too small or too big. What is important is that we do it together and move the needle.
