While we get used to the new normal of working from home, many of us are having this conversation - “you know what, i seem to be busier than earlier!”

Surveys in the recent past have shown that many employees find working from home more stressful and lethargic than working in an office.

This might come as a surprise to some of us, but this is creating tremendous discomfort for others. It is even forcing people to examine their own career options. Long hours, WFH stress, salary cuts are pushing millennials to quit jobs.
